Wow! I used a whopping 225,000 BonVoy points for this stay but ended up with a room overlooking the glorious pool and the sparkling sea. The service was top-notch, with super friendly and extremely helpful staff. Location-wise, it's close to Dubrovnik and Cavtat, although it felt a bit exposed without much shelter. Dining was decent, but I wished it lasted longer than sharp 10.30 am. The Sheraton offers great facilities like a pool, gym, and fantastic breakfast.

The rooms were absolutely massive and could easily accommodate a family with two kids, contrary to prior representations. The dining options were diverse and tasty, especially the Korean food. I was amazed by the wonderful sea view from my spacious room on the top floor, just off the center of the frontage. The rooms were large with a very spacious bathroom and balcony, impeccably clean and attended to daily. The service, while inconsistent at times, was delivered with a friendly touch, with staff going out of their way to help despite a minor hiccup like bringing the wrong wine. The location simply blew my mind with its perfect proximity to the sea, the ease of access to Old Town Dubrovnik via water taxi, and the convenience of having a supermarket and restaurants nearby.
